Review Degree Audit Report
Review your Degree Audit Report to make sure you have met or are in the process of meeting all program requirements. You may access your Degree Audit by logging into eServices at undagroundarchivesv2.com, selecting Academic Records, then Degree Audit Report.
- If there are issues/incomplete areas on your Degree Audit or you have questions about meeting program requirements, contact your advisor before applying to graduate.
- If you are using transfer credits from another institution to meet graduation requirements, you are responsible for making sure that those institutions have sent official transcripts to the Records Office before applying to graduate.
Submit Graduation Application
After reviewing your Degree Audit, you must apply to graduate during the last semester of your program or as you complete certificate requirements. You will need your StarID and password to access the application. Once we have reviewed your records, we will send you an email with your next steps.
For students graduating at the end of fall semester, the deadline to apply is November 1. For students graduating at the end of spring or summer semester, the deadline to apply is April 1.
Graduation Ceremony
Congratulations Anoka Technical College graduates! We are looking forward to celebrating your accomplishments. All students graduating during the fall, spring, or summer semester of the current academic year are invited to participate in the Graduation Ceremony held each May.

Cap and Gown
Students participating in the graduation ceremony are required to wear a cap and gown, which will be available for purchase in the Anoka Technical College Bookstore beginning April 1, 2025.
Guests and Family Members
Guests and family members are welcome to the attend the ceremony. Due to space constraints, we ask that graduates limit the number of guests to four.
Graduates wishing to invite international guests to the graduation ceremony may submit a Graduation Embassy Letter Request.

For those guests unable to attend the ceremony, a live web stream will be available the day of the event.

Please be advised that photographs will be taken at the event for use on the Anoka Technical College website and in the press, Anoka Technical College marketing materials, and all other Anoka Technical College publications. By entering this event, you consent to Anoka Technical College photographing and using your image and likeness.
After Graduation
Degrees, Diplomas, and Certificate Documents
Graduation awards are mailed three times per year as follows, for students who apply by the designated graduation deadline:
Fall Graduates: Mailed in late January/early February
Spring Graduates: Mailed in June
Summer Graduates: Mailed in September
Please log into your eServices account to ensure that your mailing address is up to date.

Employment Services

Financial Aid
If you borrowed loans at any time during your education, you will receive exit counseling information from the Financial Aid Office. Exit counseling is a very important process as it helps you choose a loan repayment plan. If you do not complete exit counseling, your lender will automatically put you into a standard repayment plan, which may not be the best option for you.
